The service
Online Ready is an online safety course licensed to schools on a per-seat basis. A "seat" is one student access code, valid for one academic year from the date it's issued unless agreed otherwise.
Pricing and payment
Seats are priced at £1 per student per year unless a whole-school flat rate has been agreed separately. An invoice is issued on request and is due within [30/40 days — confirm final payment term] of the invoice date, payable by bank transfer (BACS).
Access during a payment dispute
If an invoice becomes overdue, we won't cut off students mid-course. We'll get in touch with the school's finance contact to resolve it directly before any access is affected.
Acceptable use
Access codes are for use by the licensing school's own students only, and shouldn't be shared outside that school or resold.
Cancellations and refunds

Data protection
See our privacy policy for how student and school data is handled. Nothing in these terms overrides your rights under UK data protection law.
